Breathwork
Breathwork is a deeply powerful healing technique that is both ancient and modern. It activates the body’s natural healing and can assist with many mental, emotional and physical concerns, including depression, anxiety, addiction, and many physical ailments.
With a wealth of life experience and training in the Arts and many other areas, Rebecca Morton has completed the Master Training with Diane Jeffries of Sacred Fire Productions and is accredited with the Australian Breathwork Association and a member of the International Breathwork Foundation.

What to expect . . a session usually lasts about 70-80 minutes. You will arrive and we will talk briefly - and then I will invite you to lie down on a comfortable mattress with blankets available. I will first lead you though a relaxation and guide you in a simple but powerful process called Conscious Connected Breathing. I may use gentle touch, with your permission, on your tummy, head and feet. The breathing will continue for 45 minutes or so in this way, and you may experience tingling or tension or lightness or expansion. You may have thoughts or visions or physical sensations or strong emotions. Whatever occurs is fine, the Breathing is always powerfully beneficial. You can share (or not) at any stage in the process, and I will guide you strongly through whatever comes up. As the session comes to an end, I will drum and chant while you remain in a deeply relaxed state and integrate your experience. Then I will invite you to slowly bring your awareness back into the room and make your way to a sitting position, and share any insights or sensations that you wish to.

I recommend three sessions to begin with, and ten for deep transformation.
